I think you can not do with and can be a way to say that the bike, it's what you make one in a position for them.

YES - you are in a cap. One thing is sure, if you will be taken into consideration as evidence and returned to its owner to report. It may or may not (probably not - as the money is spent and probably extinct) silver.

Without a critical decision - only to a few thoughts for you, something to offer.

You're not the first or last to do ---- get your butt into the store CoP! have all the documentation and the receipt with you - the police are both m / bike and out the paperwork and if everything is not true - that is for another kind of stress check --- Que No - I know nothing about the return of cash but do not know to tell you that crucial issues like the bikes would have allowed in your state - honest boy is more important - most cops are decent kids and friend, s

The wine is something structural like chassis .. Usually in the neck of the picture or just below the engine on a race track .. Thats where the wine that is not in an easily interchangeable as houseing headlights. I think probably have a wreck or noted in the past, not stolen: D

The VIN is in the frame, not the headlight assembly! The play of light may have been replaced after an accident! BREATHE !!!!!!!!!!!!! We will occasionally exchanged between the parties, if damaged vehicles! If you blow up a car engine, not the wine on the replacement.

I hate to say it, but you have your law enforcement in the state contact (police, Highway Patrol, etc.) and let them know your concerns. It can not be so simple, but it's the right thing. Think about how the person had the feeling stolen. They were closely linked, have lost work and transport.

tell the cops and spell it out, make sure that when u talk with them, rest and let it never stop, stop the PC, but the bike and go. respectful. Even if u do not receive money in this way, he learned that lesson. I think that sounds harsh, but not U learn, not too hot items, cuz that was burned before right touch?

Do not panic. It happens a lot with motorcycles and cars. If you have a receipt, you will have no problems. I know he paid a lot for him, but it is sometimes difficult to do well, but it remains to be done.

If the report from the bike and posibly taken is not even your money back.they could be a fine or to imprisonment for receiving stolen property.if a receipt, you can try to prove his innocence.

If the chassis number could be on the wheel in the address collimation, this is the guy who had damaged, and bought a bicycle with a different VIN number. so that the title and the chassis number to differ on the wheel are
